Just. Plane. Stupid. Will thought he was doing something nice. Of course he is. Wouldn’t Africans with bad leaders want more freedom? Well, on this plane ride no one has been too thrilled. It must be the part about learning a new language. We will never know, however, because this story starts on a plane ride. Will and Jenna were a happy couple who loved helping others. They wanted to participate in a charity organization. This organization involved helping Africans who were being mistreated by their leaders. They would fly them back to America for freedom. They started by taking a few families back. If this went well they would take more afterward. The people that were in the plane were Will and Jenna Jackson, Marcus Finley, Janet Finley, Jamal Brown, and Dante Brown. There is also a pilot, a co-pilot, a chef, and a flight attendant. Will and Jenna payed for everyone on the flight. Will, at 28 years old, is a very nice, athletic, and talented person. He makes a lot of money from playing professional baseball. Jenna, a 27 year old, is a very sweet, kind reporter for ESPN. So Will and Jenna have a lot of money and are very successful. They are being very generous by participating in this charity. As Will and Jenna started to board the plane with all of their new “friends” they wanted to take a tour of the entire plane. The flight attendant guided the couple towards the cockpit. She showed him the kitchen. They showed them the luggage compartment under the plane towards the back of the plane. The bathroom was also in the back of the plane. They also showed them the way to get from the luggage compartment straight to the cock pit with a special ladder. When they finished the tour it seemed that the Africans also took a look around with the co-pilot. Now that everyone was familiar with the plane they took off towards America on a sixteen hour flight. When Jenna was getting into her seat, Marcus slid in next to her. He gave her a funny look and said, “Thank you for bin so niice to me and mu friends,” in his best way of speaking English. She said, “No, it is my pleasure,” followed by an awkward moment where Marcus just stared at Jenna. Marcus stood up and went back into the luggage compartment. Will came in and sat down next to Jenna and said, “What was that all about?” Jenna took a minute to think of exactly what happened. She said, “Well, I'm not exactly sure.” A pause between her and Will. Will decided that it was not important and he stood up and went to talk with the Chef. She asks for a drink of water. While the chef is walking out, Jamal asks if he can have some food. The chef gives him a special candy bar that Jamal has never seen before. Jamal eats it and wants another one. He can't because he doesn't have enough money. Will sees the situation and hands him five dollars. Jamal gladly accepts the money and wastes all of his money on food. There was an announcement over the intercom, “ 10 hours remaining until landing in America.” Jamal puts out his hand like he expects more food. Will says, “you have to get a job if you want more. You should have saved it for later.” At this moment Jamal’s brother, Dante, walks in and says, “sit down and relax. I will get you your money.” That is when Janet “accidentally” spills water on Jenna. Will had a feeling that it wasn't on accident. Then there was a crash in the luggage department. Everyone ran back there and found the flight attendant laying still on the ground. Then Marcus walks out of the bathroom and finds the dead body. When they see Marcus they all back away in fright except for his sister. Will says, “What happened here?” “I didn't do this,” Marcus replied. “Who else could have done this you were the only one back here! How do you think she died?” Will says surprised. Then Marcus says, “She has no wounds. There must have been something that she was drinking or eating. She has no jewelry either.” Will walks over to investigate. “He's right. It could have been --” At that moment there was a shriek of terror coming from the kitchen. The big group of people ran across the plane and entered the kitchen finding the Chef's body with a pool of blood around him and a knife laying at his side. Will says, “ Who is doing this! We are here to help you not to hurt you!” Will then walks into the cockpit, “ Do you guys know anything about this?” The pilot turns and says, “ About what? We haven't heard anything.” Will fills them in on the two murders. The co-pilot turns in disgust, “ They better not come for us. I am going to lock the door once you leave so if you need us you will have to call us on your phones.” Will leaves the cockpit and they lock the door behind him. When he returns to the group he does not see Jenna. She is the only one missing. Will freaks out, “Has anyone seen Jenna!” he says in a shout. Everyone shakes their head but Janet. Janet is smiling. The intercom goes off and says there is six hours left of their flight. Will says to Jenna, “Why are you smiling? What did you do to her?” She replies, “Nothing I just don't like her.” Then Marcus says, “The chef's wallet and watch is missing.” “So, whoever is doing this is also a thief,” continued, “Okay, we need to find Jenna. Lets split up into teams. Marcus and Jamal will search the luggage compartment. Janet and Dante will search the top near the cockpit and I will look anywhere in between.” The teams took their places and looked for Jenna. Will asks the pilot through the door, “Have you guys seen Jenna?” “No,” they both said at the same time. When Marcus and Jamal were investigating, they heard a squeal from behind a door. They opened the door and saw Jenna tied to a chair with duct tape on her mouth. This was the same room that someone could go up to the cockpit if they climbed the ladder. Marcus pulls the duct tape off of her mouth, as Jamal pokes a knife in her back. Marcus does not see Jamal do this. Before they can talk to her, Jamal suggests that they take her up the ladder to the cockpit. Jamal goes up, then Jenna, and then Marcus. The pilots hear them and ask, without turning around, “Why are you coming up here?” As Marcus is climbing up the ladder, Jamal kicks him in the face, forcing him to fall. He turns and stabs both of the pilots through their necks. Jamal pushed Jenna to the floor to get her out of the way. He then stacks the pilot's bodies on top of the trap door so Marcus cannot get back up. Marcus runs back to get Will. Marcus finds Will and Will hurries toward the trap door. Will climbs the ladder with Marcus and together they try and open the trap door. While using all their strength they barely got it to open a little bit. All of a sudden, Marcus got super strength from knowing that people are dead. Marcus pushed open the trap door and Will pulled himself up. However, without Will helping, Marcus could not lift the trap door. Will finds Jamal and Jenna at the side door of the airplane in the cockpit. As soon as Jamal sees Will he opens the door and steps towards it. We are 2,000 feet high. Will stops and says, “Please, don't jump!” Jamal replies, “If you take one step forward, the girl dies.” Will steps forward, “Why are you doing this?” Jamal says, “I want your money and the only way I'll get it is through your wife. Here's what's going to happen. Your going to write me a check for $500,000 and fly me back to Africa and the girl doesn't get hurt. Will says while taking another step forward says, “You forgot one thing. I can't fly a plane.” Jamal says, “Janet can.” Will pulls out his Swiss army knife and sets it next to him on the counter. He pulls out his checkbook and starts writing a check for $500,000. Jamal reaches for the check and Jenna pushes Jamal towards Will. Will punches Jamal in the face. He then hits Jamal's knife out of his hand and it slides out of the plane. They struggle in an epic fist-fight. Will was tough because he knew this involved Jenna, but Jamal was stronger. Jamal punches Will until his knees buckle and he falls to the ground. Jamal tackles him to the ground and they end up near the door. Jamal is pushing Will almost out the door. In the struggle, Jamal’s eyes shut and his grip loosens. He falls in a heap. Will pulls him off of him and Jamal falls out of the plane. Jenna had stabbed Jamal with Will's knife. Jenna asks, “Are you okay?” Will can hardly reply because he has bruises all over his lungs. Jenna runs to get Janet and Dante for help. They run in and Dante asks, “Where is Jamal and why are the pilot's dead?” Jenna quickly responds, “I'll explain later, but we need to help Will.” “Where is Jamal?!” Dante asks again. “He's dead,” she replies. All of a sudden, Dante throws Jenna away from Will and starts punching Will. Will tries to defend himself but he struggles. Dante starts to pull Will towards the door. Jenna does her best to help Will by pulling them away from the door. Dante slaps Jenna in the side of the face and she falls over in pain. Dante starts to pull Will closer and closer to the door. There is a big dip when Janet turns it to autopilot. Will and Dante slide towards the door. Dante ends up on top of Will and as they are sliding they hit the edge of the door and Dante topples over Will. Dante plummeting to his death. The plane went back up to normal. They flew to the nearest air port in almost complete silence. They were all in shock because of what just happened. Janet flew the plane pretty good and they landed at the nearest air port. It was somewhere in Iowa. They got off and were greeted by several police officers with guns after taking Will to the hospital. Marcus, Janet and Jenna explained what happened... “First Jamal killed the flight attendant. He took all of her jewelry. He must of sneaked off and then killed the chef. Then we talked to the pilots and while we were doing that Jamal was kidnapping Jenna and tying her up. He went back up and slipped in with the group. We split into groups and he was with Marcus. He killed the pilots very quick and kicked Marcus down the ladder. He stacked the bodies on top of the trap door to keep people from getting up. Will got up, though. He held Jenna hostage with a knife to her neck demanding money. No one else could get up the trap door. Jamal opened the door of the plane in the cockpit. Jenna stabbed Jamal and he fell out of the plane. When Dante, Jamal's brother, heard what happened he went for Will. He also ended up falling out of the plane. After all of this happened we flew to the nearest air port. Janet knows how to fly,” they all said alternating. They all knew some kind of detail and it was key in the police report. When the cops finished looking at the black box they were aloud to see Will. He ended up okay but he had a few broken ribs. One of them was poking his lung. Luckily, it didn’t puncture it. Marcus and Janet lived happily after this terrible situation. They both got jobs and did not get any charges against them from the police. Jenna and Will both recovered and they did not get any charges during this event. Jenna was still a reporter and Will was still a star baseball player.
