“Good Evening Mr. President,” greets Police Chief James Yoon, “We have a packed schedule for your visit. This is not a very safe part of Memphis so we must have high security at all times. So who is this that you have with you here today?” “Well here I have my wife Emily and My daughter Ashley.” states President Ouimet. “With the more family members we need to have extra security, so will you please come with me.” says James Yoon. James leads them down a corridor into armored vehicles. They then arrive at the hotel where they will be staying for two days. The president gets out his notes and starts going over what he will say at his speech. At about 9: 00 o’clock, Emily and Ashley go out to get something to eat. “ Would you like to go to dinner with us?” “ No sorry girls, I have to finish my speech before bedtime. Have fun though,” So with that the girls walked out the door and down into the armored car. James Yoon followed them. As they got to the car they noticed that there was a note on the car. “Wait, step back a minute,” he instructed the girls as he went and read the note. You and your family should watch out. You shouldn’t be here. You will be punished. Immediately James Yoon started talking into his walkie talkie, “ We have a security breach. We need backup here immediately. I want a lockdown on the hotel. Nobody goes in or out.” Then James rushed the girls back into the hotel. WIthin five minutes the hotel was on total lockdown and nothing was to happen for the next hour and a half. The President thought this was unnecessary and thought the letter was just a prank but James Yoon reassured him that they can’t take any chances. The next morning it was time for the president to head to the high school, with his family, to give a speech. As they got out of the car they were greated by the principal and his co-workers at the school. “Hello President Ouimet. My name is Charlie Bean I am the principle here at Westside High School,” he greeted.
Then they walked into the school and to the President’s surprise the room they entered was already filled with people. “Well Mr. Ouimet If you don’t mind I think the people are ready for you,”so with that the President walked up to the podium. His family took their seats in the room. “Greetings everyone,” President Ouimet said, “ I am President Ouimet. I am here to talk to you about the situation of your city. The United States is a great place. But we still have some places that are struggling. Personally I believe Memphis is struggling. Now I am not saying that that is your fault. You people are doing a great job with what you do. But I think that a reason Memphis is struggling is because some people have too much power and they use their money in the wrong way. Thats why I am passing the Head Relief act for the city Memphis. This Act makes it so that The head of something like a School or business now has to be part of a committee with the rest of the head officials in that business or school.” As soon as the President said this the Principle Charlie Bean turned red in the face. He was obviously outraged and he left the room. The President realized how angry he had made the principle but he thought there was nothing he could do about it. A few minutes later the principle came back very happy. He was smiling as he made his way back to his seat. Then a awful aroma started to fill the room. Soon it got so bad that it was impossible not to notice. Then the people started coughing as a light green as filled the top of the room. Many people were panicking now and they were running for the door. The Police Chief James Yoon was screaming into his walkie talkie to get help. Then fire fighters started sucking out the gas from the room. As people started to gain their scenes, the President went to find his family. He went up to his wife, Emily, “ Emily, where is Ashley?” “I thought she was with you,” Emily said. All of a sudden there was severe panic among the family. James Yoon came over and asked what was wrong. “ We don’t know where Ashley is!” Emily replied. “Everybody stop. I want a perimeter around the school. The President’s daughter has been kidnapped!” James Yoon announces to his comrades.” We need to find out who deployed this gas. We need to create a list of possible suspects.” Chief Yoon walked over to President Ouimet, ” Mr. President, Is there anyone who would want to kidnap your daughter?” “ No, nobody that I know of. Is it possible that my daughter was-was killed?” “Highly unlikely President Ouimet,” James Yoon reassured him. So then the search was on. Many squads of police showed up to search for Ashley. They started searching all around the school. They checked the classrooms and the playground. They wanted to look in the gymnasium, but it was locked and the only person with the keys was the principal and he was nowhere to be found. This made the police chief think. “It all makes since!” shouted James Yoon, “The principal is the only one with a key to the gym, and he isn't here. This awful aroma is strongest right next to the gym, and plus he was away from the speech at the time the gas kicked in. And the last thing his that he had a motive because he was mad at the president for a new act the President made” Other officers showed up at the school and brought tools to knock down the gym doors. Once they broke into the gym they found Ashley fainted in the corner of the gym with one strip of tape around her mouth, and her feet and hands tied up by a knot of rope. The president sprinted into the gym and gave his daughter a huge hug. After everything was cleared up, the president flew home with his family intact. The next morning the President got word that the Principal had fled to Florida trying to get out of the country but was now in custody.He was charged with kidnapping and attempted murder. The Ouimet family can now rest in peace knowing that Ashley’s kidnapper was behind bars.
